Job Description NIIT Technologies is conducting Interview process on SUNDAY 16th May, 2010 for Java, J2EE professionals for Senior Developer and Analyst positions Experience â?" minimum 3 years to maximum 8 years Must have demonstrated experience with the complete SDLC Should have hands on experience in Core Java, J2ee, (Struts / Springs / JSF / Hibernate / Swings)Must have excellent exposure to designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer and business requirements Should have analyzed the project requirements given by the customer and perform Coding and Unit Testing accordingly. Must have extensive experience in J2EE frameworks Exposure to Web services will be an added advantage Must have excellent analytical and problem solving approach Must have strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills Must have very good communication skills (Written & Oral) Candidates reporting later than 12:00 Noon will not be entertained.
