Job Description:
1) Experience in MF with 4-7 yrs of Exp.
2) Should have hands-on experience on Cobol, JCL, DB2
3) Should be well versed with Sorts, File-aid tools, QMF, SPUFI, Xpeditor etc.
4) As a part of On-Job experience, should have knowledge of doing UT/ST, Test case preparation, Reviews and Debugging.
5) Should have knowledge of atleast one configuration mgmt tool like Endevor, ChangeMan etc..
6) Should possess good communication skills. 

Candidate Profile:
Should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Mainframes
Should have hands on experience in COBOL, JCL & DB2
Should be a good team player and need to manage a team
Should posess good communication skills
