Description
. Candidates should have good written and oral Communication Skills. . Conduct coaching and feedback sessions (Quality and process-related) for the Quality and Operations teams. . To monitor, mentor, coach and supervise the agents in overall effectiveness. . Providing training in soft skills, communication skills . Training in Personality Development, Telephone Etiquette. . Responsible for the quality of the sales . Constant co-ordination in terms of training & quality . Develop training methods for sales and thereby lead to increasing the productivity . Responsible for training on neutralization of accents for existing as well as for the new joinees. . Ensuring quality and productivity entirely. . CERTIFICATIONS into relevant field preferred. . Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts.
