Delphi Developers: 2 to 6yrs experiance (work location Bangalore)
ob Summary:
• 1 to 3 years experience with Delphi (or associated OO language), HTML, XML, XSL, and
JavaScript•
Experience with
relational database design and development (
SQL Server and/or Oracle)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excels at developing in an object-oriented environment
• Must be someone who is analytical, detail-orientated and able to communicate within a team environment.
• Solid decision making skills
This position will be engaged in developing new and enhancing existing functionality for Rapport, the leasing industry’s leading web-enabled front-end solution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities that this position entails are as follows:
• Perform programming tasks across multiple parts of the application.
• Develop utilizing test first methodology (automated
unit tests)
• Work with
Business Analysts to prepare specifications
• Perform research and analysis activities
• Provide assistance to QA and
Customer Support• Ability to investigate and solve simple/complex issues found in the application
Additional Responsibilities:
• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects.
• Participate in pro active team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
