Walkin Interview @ CEM Solutions in Bangalore on 6th June 2009
The Candidate must have wokred on PHP, ASP, vbscript, JavaScript, HTML, E-commerce knowledge.
The candidate must have 4+yrs of experience.
CEM Solutions drives production of future generation products related to voice and video over IP technologies. We are currently doing our R & D at Bangalore on different VoIP products for Residential users, SMB units and large multi national corporations. We have our product lines on software and hardware whether it is voice, video, triple play, future broadcast over IP technologies. We also go to the extent of manufacturing our designs at our own state of the art manufacturig unit at Electronic city, Bangalore. The vast array of our product line is built at our only cutting edge R & D research lab at Bangalore. This is the single and most important R & D centre for CEM solutions. So our Indian engineers have an upper hand on all the decisions and break through innovations that are accomplished here. CEM is one giant roof under which all the brainstorming sessions leading to decisions pertaining to planning, designing, developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling. The lists of reserach pertaining to Voice are on: CODECS like G.729 A/B , iLBC, Speex, etc., Leveraging opensource SIP proxies and media gateways for high performance Voip network elements. Reserach pertaining to Video includes: Working on next generation CODECs like H.264, H.263 etc., Optimising the video codecs for different DSPs and FPGAs.
