| Requirement: Service Desk/Tech Support Associates(L1) Exp : 2-4 Yrs Job Description The areas on which sound knowledge and hands-on experience is desired include (but is not limited to) one or more of the following: Experience in first level troubleshooting in Windows OS like XP, Vista, etc. Experience of troubleshooting in basic networking areas, messaging, applications, etc. Experience in troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, accessories (eg.> printers), etc. Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills with neutralized accent. The profile demands providing technical support to clients on a 24/7 availability - and would require the candidate to work in shifts, including night shifts.
