Attending the calls allocated by helpdesk and daily updation to the helpdesk on the same and adheres to the support process. . Responsible for the customer accounts allocated by the Delivery Manager and ensure the SLA/Commitment are met. . Performing analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems & network designs. . Perform requirements analysis and develop hardware/software solutions to meet the business requirements. . Perform installation of hardware and implementation of software and review network management and monitoring tools . . Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-class Cisco routers and switches. . Troubleshooting and resolving complex data network related issues, internetworking. .
