Role - Team Member Candidates with experience in any industry can apply. Candidate should have excellent communication/ Result orientation/Customer orientation. 1year - 4 years of experience Willingness to work in Night shifts. (BE/ Btech/Msc IT) are not eligible. Any Non-Voice professionals with Relevant Experience and with good Communication skill can Walk-In. Desired Profile Eligibility Criteria: â?¢ Minimum 15yrs of regular education (or) XII completed + 2 years of full time diploma. â?¢ Except BE/ B Tech / MSC IT any graduates with 1+ yrs of experience is eligible â?¢ Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education or employment. â?¢ Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory. â?¢ Willingness to work in night shifts. â?¢ Candidate would need to carry a copy of the resume & 2 passport size Photograph. â?¢ Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPO in the last 6 months will not be eligible.
