Description
4-7 years of Oracle application system administration · Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products · Establish and maintain backup/recovery policies and procedures · Implement and maintain database security · DB tuning and performance monitoring Disk layout and Disk capacity planning · Monitoring and maintenance of databases Install, configure and setup Database and Real Application Cluster. · Build Data Warehouse and Reporting system · Oracle web server admin · Scheduling/monitoring daily, weekly events/reports · Log file monitoring · Oracle application migrations · Multi tier Oracle applications · A good understanding of PL/SQL, Triggers, etc · A good knowledge of Oracle security management · Code migration, DB change management & data management · Develop and Build Data Warehouse and reporting system. · Experience with Oracle 9i, 9i RAC and 9i partitioning · Shell scripting · Experience with MySQL · Experience with MS SQL Server · Proficiency in English: Spoken and Written · Prior experience in working and interacting in a professional engineering environment (internal and external) Oracle Certification Highly Desired
