â?¢ Good hands on programming skills in C, Ada, C++ and any Assembly language. â?¢ Good hands on programming skills in Windows Programming using .net technologies. â?¢ Good understanding and usage of Avionics Communication protocols such as ARINC 429, 629, AFDX, Serial communication protocols. â?¢ User level experience of DOORS requirements management tool. â?¢ Good hands on experience in Design representation methodologies like UML. â?¢ Good hands on experience in Software Configuration Management tools like PVCS/ClearCase/Visual Source Safe. â?¢ Good understanding of the Configuration Management and Change management techniques. â?¢ Critical competencies : Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Technical Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, Effective Teamwork, Problem Solving. â?¢ Experience with Avionics System modeling and Simulation is added advantage Desired Profile â?¢ Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering with 3 -6+ years of experience in the Aerospace/Avionics Industry.
