Description
BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering field. 4+ years in software development experience working with Blackberry J2ME, JDE 4.2 - 4.7, and eclipse within a Java environment Experience must include hands-on software development, design methodologies and design tools, object oriented principles, and direct experience with functional, operational and technical architectures of large scale systems. Must be able to develop designs consistent with product requirements and customer considerations Able to derive and evaluate software specifications for small, medium and large, complex software systems Able to coordinate design of subsystems and integration of system components Proficiency with J2ME and one or more Java Application Framework (Struts, Spring, etc.) Experience with client side development using style sheets, AJAX, DHTML, etc. Experience with database related development (SQL, JDBC) â?¢ Web Services experience is a BIG plus. Experience with the following technologies is a plus: WAP, SMS, MMS, WAP Push Desired Skills: CRM experience â?" Siebel, SAP, Oracle e-business, Remedy Lotus Notes LDAP Work with Development, QA, Product Management and Project management teams to create cutting edge, best in class Web and wireless applications Design and scope the solution meeting marketing and production requirements Implement a maintainable solution using software engineering best practices Unit test and work with QA to build test plans Participate in code reviews
