This is a customer service process. 3. Candidates will be required to communicate with customers. 4. Candidates will be required to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls. 5. This is NOT a non voice process. 6. This is NOT a tech support process. 7. Process Name: Platinum. 8. We are hiring Customer Care Executives at the entry level ONLY. 9. These positions are only for Bangalore based candidates. APPLICABILITY CRITERIA 1. Be / B. Tech do not apply. 2. People looking for Non-Voice / Tech support do not apply. 3.
