HCL Technologies is conducting walkin interview in Noida for Java developer position Interview Date: October 24 2009 Interview Location: HCL Technologies, A - 8/9 Sec - 60, Noida - 201301. Job Location: Noida Experience: 2-5 years Contact person - Dakshdeep Singh Essential Criteria * Strong academic record including BSc Degree (at least 2.1) or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline * Formal training or experience of computer programming/ scripting including: * Object-oriented programming Java * Familiar with Solaris and/or Linux operating environments * Knowledge of the Software Lifecycle * Effective communication - both written and verbal * Good problem solving skills * Strong team working skills * Desire to learn and improve skills * Must be willing to travel * Good understanding of Struts, Servlets * Java programming in Unix, especially Unix system, Multi-threaded programming Desirable Criteria o Knowledge of: - Java - xml - Struts, Servelts, Springs o Knowledge of Weblogic. o Able to accept feedback and act on it o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Ability to manage time and prioritise o Ability to follow process and maintain accurate records.
