Description
Walk in interview from weekdays Monday to Friday in-between 10 AM to 6 PM. ü Sourcing Candidates for IT Segments- Hardware / Network/ Telecom through various channels - Internal Job Postings, applicant referrals, Job portals. ü Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle. ü Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles accordingly through job portals/referrals/databases. ü Posting Jobs on Various Job portals. ü Interacting with the IT Professionals for both contract and permanent positions. ü Screening and short-listing the resumes as per client requirements and sending them to the clients after primary short listing. ü Coordinating with Project Managers and HR persons for getting the feedback and scheduling the interviews. ü Negotiate & convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest. ü Preparing offer letter and collecting the necessary documents from candidates. ü Issuing the offer letter for the selected candidates. ü Assisting the clients and candidates in the selection process and following-up with candidates till he/she joins. ü Maintaining and updating the database of candidates on daily basis.
