Team Member- ITSS Hardware Voice
Job Summary :
•To provide Technical support by performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on customer system/applications and provide best possible solution or next step that helps issue resolution. This is an internal customer service process where the calls are logged in by employees of Bank of America. Process would be a combination of In bound & Out bound calls.
Duties and Responsibilities :
•To take calls for Hardware support which caters to hardware troubleshooting for Bank of America employees
•Calls would related to issues related to printer, display, sound, workstation, etc
•Solving queries on software issues: Software skill set that involve troubleshooting software issues like Microsoft office, mapping drives, As400
•Agents will have to perform Password resets for various applications as well as software/applications that are included in functioning of various applications
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge :
•A graduation degree from a recognized university in any stream or 12+3 years total education (Preferably from the B.SC-IT background).
•Excellent Computer knowledge
Skills, Aptitude, and Abilities :
•IT background, Trouble shooting experience
•Candidate could have worked with BPO-Technical Processes
•Communication and interpersonal skills
•Organized and methodical
•Customer focused
•Comfortable working in shifts
•Good conversational skills
•Willingness and able to own tasks to completion
•Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
•Team player
•Ability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets
Age Limit : 21- 25 yrs
Reports To : Team Leader
Timings : 10.30 am to 3 pm
