Description:
* Answer Service Desk Calls for Bank of NewYork Mellon Internal end user.
* Provide Level 1 Support in resolving password related issues.
* Resolving customer queries.
* Meet established OLA and SLA for Call Handling.
Skills:
* Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
* Customer Handling Skills.
* Experience in handling Windows- Support would be plus.
* Good analytical skills
* Willingness to work in night shift ( rotational).
* Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast pace environment.
* Qualification BSc. BCom and B.A (only non- Engineers)
