Job Description TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR DELL - VOICE SUPPORT (CALL CENTER)

Ideal Candidate will be supporting Global customers of Dell in Tech issues. Tech Support will be primarily on Windows Operating System and Hardware issues in Desktops and Laptops.

Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.
2. Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.
3. Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE, A+ Certification will find this job as the right job to progress in their career.


Educational Qualification:


• Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
