Job Description - Timely resolution of all reported issues on IT & BBC Applications
- Validation and Certification of all support assignments carried out by the Field Engineers (IMSG) and other
support agencies
- Ensure SLAs drawn up with Support Agencies are adhered to.
- Audit of IT infrastructure in Reliance World
- Act as a interface between Store Staff & IT Team at the Circle & DAKC Level for availability of IT Hardware,
Software and Connectivity
- Local escalation and interaction with Hardware Vendors. Procurement of low value hardware equipments.
- Responsible for the maintenance, administration and smooth running of all the hardware & software installed at the outlets in the Circle.
- Expertise in Windows XP client Administration.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in Data Networking technologies – LAN, WAN, Last mile connectivity, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs.
- Good understanding of Active Directory Services, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP Services.
- Excellent follow-up and co-ordination skills.
