â?¢ Should have completed Graduation. â?¢ UG should have atleast 1yr International call center OR 2yrs other domain experience. â?¢ BE/BTECH freshers 65% Or 1yr International call center exp. For Technical Support: . Good communication skills â?¢ Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting. â?¢ Should be flexible working in rotational shifts. â?¢ Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process. â?¢ Troubleshooting customer queries regarding Laptops and Desktops. â?¢ Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers. â?¢ Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile. â?¢ Provide First - level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools. â?¢ Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. â?¢ Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools. â?¢ Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
