Required Skills: â?¢ 4-8 years experience in 2 full-life cycle projects and configuration of the PeopleSoft modules â?¢ 4-8 years experience in two or more PeopleSoft HCM/Financials/SCM modules i.e., HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Acquisition Manager, Absence Management, Succession Planning, GL, AP, AR, Budgets etc â?¢ At least 2 years experience in a formal/structured project methodology and an understanding of basic underlying technology used for integration and customization. â?¢ Able to create tech design, code & test Reports, Interfaces and Enhancements using PeopleTools, Application Engine/CI, SQR, Integration Broker etc inPeopleSoft environment. â?¢ At least 2 years experience in PeopleSoft version (v8.9+) â?¢ Able to effectively work in offshore/onshore model projects â?¢ Effective Analytical skills â?¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. â?¢ Bachelorâ?Ts degree is a must.. Preferred Skills: â?¢ At least one year of large-scale, external consulting experience. â?¢ Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. â?¢ Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. â?¢ Able to work independently or under limited supervision.
