Calling all Service Desk Analysts (Voice/Web) with minimum 6 months experience

Qualification : BSc, BCA, MCA, BE (Any Branch) - Fresh Graduates interested in career as 'Service Desk Specialists'

6 months training-class room and on-job which includes A+, MCDST PC specialist training and communication training.
Excellent stipend during training and regular employement with good salary and benefits after successful completion of training.
Service Desk specialists training is aimed to build following skills to make candidate a world class service desk specialist.
Monitor and respond to calls, mails, and web queries
Troubleshoot software and hardware
Work in a 24/7 environment
Develop-Expert level understanding of MS Active Directory or Lotus Notes Having Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) Develop- Expertise in Operating System (Windows 2000, NT, XP) and MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel)
Develop- Knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Firefox) and VPN (IPSEC, PPTP, L2TP)
Develop- Exemplary customer service skills
Develop- Excellent research skills with proficiency in usage of 'search' function
Learn and develop- Phone etiquette skills - articulate, with a friendly tone and neutral accent.
