Job Description :

Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Development phases of multiple projects
- Research and recommend solutions to existing business challenges
- Mentor junior team members in technical and functional tasks
- Provide timely and accurate information to external and internal customers
- Ensure adherence to standards, and help develop policies and development guidelines.
- Periodic off-hours production support
Skills:
1 to 5 years of overall development experience, with at least 2 years of the following:
o ASP.Net, VB.Net/C#.Net web application development.
o SQL Server 2000 or higher
o Multithreaded application development
o 3+ yrs of systems level development using system level classes or system objects.
o Any experience prior to .Net must include object oriented – C++ background (not just VB)
o Must have working knowledge of Microsoft languages.
o Must design and develop database structures including stored procedures, and data tables.
o Must be able to understand and interpret class level design documents and code accordingly.
o Use and maintain code and application libraries used by development staff.
o Apply and have a proficient knowledge of application security standards.
o Creates and contribute to technical specification documentation of development projects.
o Respond to issue requests and maintain communications to submitter on progress of resolution.
o Pluses – web services, application remoting, MSMQ
o Minimum BE/BTech Degree
Desired Candidate Profileo 2 to 4 years of overall development experience, with at least 2 years of the following:
o ASP.Net, VB.Net/C#.Net web application development.
o SQL Server 2000 or higher
o Multithreaded application development
o 3+ yrs of systems level development using system level classes or system objects.
