1. Require 2 - 7 years of relevant experience with Java / J2ee Technologies.

2. Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object Oriented Concepts.

3. Expertise in the basic Java APIs (JDK 1.5) and JSP.

4. Hands on experience in Spring MVC Framework and Hibernate.

5. Experience in preparing and conducting code reviews.

6. Experience in developing web-based application.

7. Good communication skills, team player and highly motivated individual.

8. Ability to quickly grasp and strong analytical skills.


Supplementary skills:



# Knowledge of Software development life cycle and experience with end-to-end development.
