Job Description:
Training: You will be given intensive field training for two years. You will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 8,250/- p.m. during the first year and Rs.10,550/- p.m during the second year. A lumpsum of Rs.12,000/- will be payable on successful completion of the training period. When posted at project sites, you will be entitled to subsidized bachelor accommodation and conveyance. Absorption: On successful completion of the training, you will be considered for permanent absorption in the company at emoluments of around Rs.17,000/- p.m. - apart from benefits like leave travel assistance, PF and gratuity. excellent performers can expect excellent prospects.
