Candidate Eligibility
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate should have 50% and above marks in each of examinations from class 10th onwards
- Good keyboard ability with Typing Skills of min 30 wpm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized, disciplined and independent.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a changing and fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Job Description

Would be part of production team required to process transactions on a daily basis
Would be required to comply on all process defined SLA’s and maintain achieve minimum service levels on key performance indicators (Productivity, Quality, AHT etc)
Would be required to have a through process knowledge on which he/she will be trained.
