Description
Handling optimization of new sites and clusters. Handling problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure (Analyzing KPIs and daily reports). Analyzing RF Drive Test generated through log files and verifying & testing of hardware upgrades and new elements added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities. Monitor the data KPIâ?Ts and work on the worst cells affected. Desired Profile -Experience on Planning and Optimization Tools. -Experience on Nominal Planning, Capacity Planning and Coverage Planning. -Optimization of Cell Level and BSC Level parameters. -Detailed knowledge on KPI Improvement on Cell/BSC level. -Troubleshooting on Performance Management Reports. -New site parameter database planning.
