Desired Candidate Profile:
We would like to invite software programmers with at least 1-3 years experience in web application development using either (1) PHP 4/5 & MYSQL 4/5 or (2) ASP.Net 1.1 / 2.0 / 3.5 with VB.Net / C#.Net as programming language and MS SQL Server 2005 as RDBMS. Our client applications involve areas like e-commerce, content management, workflow, bar code integration, extensive RIA interfaces with AJAX usage, social networking, B2B integration and IP based personalization. Real time project experience and knowledge of object oriented concepts is critical. Skills in database & program design will be an added advantage. Eligibility criteria also include good communication and personality skills. Prior knowledge of AJAX concepts and DIV / CSS layouts is preferred but not a pre-condition. The role will start with 1-2 weeks induction training in programming and functional skills leading to the primary role allocation with senior guidance. Software Engineer role will contribute to develop top notch quality software for our clients.

Option Matrix is looking for programmers who focus either on Microsoft Technologies or on PHP applications. At least 1 years experience is needed so that the candidate can be put directly on the project after recruitment. 1-2 years experience in web designing using Photoshop, Coral Draw, DIV/CSS and Flash & Dream weaver. Flash Programming using Action Script 2.0. Very much comfort in flash animation.

Web Designer - CSS XHTML Programmer

We would like to invite Web CSS XHTML programmers with at least 1-2 years experience and who can code CSS, Mainly external CSS (i.e. CSS written as a separate CSS file and called inside other languages for using the style). The skills required are as follows: (1) Template Designing as per Web 2.O Standards (2) Master’s in Table layouts (3) Master’s in DIV/CSS (4) Writing CSS in Nested Classes (5) Master Page Implementation (6) Flash Animation and Scripting (7) Knowledge of JavaScript.
