Job Description :
Technical & People leadership for the test Teams and providing the performance to the teams. Support for customer interface, recruiting, test-tool introduction, test planning, staff supervision, and cost and progress status reporting Must be able to learn, document, set up, and maintain a very complex computing system to support this application. Must be able to automate the testing of web-based, client-server based and embedded systems. Must be able to perform stress-testing on very sensitive applications. Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET application framework technologies. Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 administration. Implementing test-process improvements resulting from lessons learned Conducting test-design and test-procedure walk through and inspections Development of Test Suites using VB scripts
