TCS Delhi (job location: Delhi - NCR) urgently requires experienced professionals interested in L1 level openings in Technical Helpdesk (IT Service Desk) Experience : 2-4 Yrs Job Description The areas on which sound knowledge and hands-on experience is desired include (but is not limited to) one or more of the following: Experience in first level troubleshooting in Windows OS like XP, Vista, etc. Experience of troubleshooting in basic networking areas, messaging, applications, etc. Experience in troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, accessories (eg.> printers), etc. Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills with neutralized accent. The profile demands providing technical support to clients on a 24/7 availability - and would require the candidate to work in shifts, including night shifts (all shifts would be rotational). Interested candidates need to come for Interview as per below details: Please carry the following while coming for the interviews: 1 copy of your latest resume 1 coloured passport size recent photograph of yours 1 copy of your latest salary slip Desired Profile The eligibility criteria are as under: Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech MSc / MCA / MCM/ MBA MS/PGDIT (2 year FT - approved by AICTE) B.Sc./BCA 3-Yr FT Polytechnic Diploma (Only full-time courses will be considered for any of the above) - Min 50% marks all though in academics - Max 2 yrs of gap overall in his/her career (starting from Std.Xth till date) | |
