VENUE: E2S Corp ( subsidiary of Everest Business Solution Inc. ), Crystal Plaza , Bhuvanappa Layout, Koramangala, Hosur Road , Bangalore - 560 029. LANDMARK: Opp. Forum Mall, Next to @HOME Appliances store, Near Big Bazar. Independently drives the application developerment of a module and can work on the necessary patterns notations and tools. 2. Provides innovative solutions to project level technical issues. 3. Writes application code to meet expected quality standards by conforming to the steps of doneness defined by the project. 4. Identifies, creates unit test cases and writes code to validate those test cases. 5. Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members components, test plans and results and help them with gaps. 6. Provides inputs and directions to Associates/Senior Associates on the team during implementation and support phases. 7. Identifies & escalates issues that might delay the work and propose suitable alternatives. In particular, to handle issues that might impact the quality or the ability to deliver to timescales or estimates. 8. Interacts with a client (client senior developers and architects) to create technology specifications from business requirements for one of the modules within the project. 9. Formulates strategies and methods in coordination with the Architect to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations like use cases. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Require 3 - 7 years of relevant experience with Java / J2ee Technologies. 2. Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object Oriented Concepts. 3. Expertise in the basic Java APIs (JDK 1.5) and JSP. 4. Hands on experience in Spring MVC Framework and Hibernate. 5. Experience in preparing and conducting code reviews. 6. Experience in developing web-based application. 7. Good communication skills, team player and highly motivated individual. 8. Ability to quickly grasp and strong analytical skills. Supplementary skills: # Knowledge of Software development life cycle and experience with end-to-end development. IMP NOTE: Minimum 6 months of real time experience with SPRING MVC Framework & Hibernate , is a MUST. Interview Process: 1) Online Technical Test - Objective type consists of 50 Questions ( 30 Questions will be on Java & J2ee Technologies and 20 Questions will be on Database ). 2) Technical Discussion with Tech Panel - F2F 3) Final round of Discussion with HR Manager.
